    GW50 logs/thoughts

    So I have a mini triathlon my sister signed me up for next month and heard from a few people that gw50 would be the perfect thing to get ready for it.

    So not sure if this mostly mental or if it really is this good but started 4 days ago.

    The day before I started I was doing 5 miles bike and 1 mile run post workout and it would leave me drenched in sweat and super tired.
    Today I did post workout 12 miles bike and 3 run and yes I was tired but it was even easier then the 5mile 1mile I was doing before.

    My doses are 20mg/ml and doing 1ml a day.

    I was super skeptical before ordering it. I Def did my research on it. But so far my opinion on it is very high. I know it will not keep seeing improvements like this but still impressed so far.

    Will keep updating this once a week

    Been about 3 weeks. This weekend I have a mini triathlon. 1 mile swim, 12.5 bike, 3.2 run.
    My goal is to beat 1 hour 30 minutes.

    But for endurance training I have been doing 15 bike and 5 run. 5 days a week. So far this gw is amazing for cardio and endurance training.

    As for strength I have been lifting 6 days a week and I was real worries about losing all my strength while on this but my strength has stayed completely the same.

    My weight has dropped 14 lbs from the start. And my waist has gone down 1inch.

    Overall loving this
