Hi all, pretty sure I know the answer but want clarification, lgd 1ml per day? Bottle says 10mg/ml 30ml so this means 1ml = 10mg?

should I start first dose at 10mg or start at say 3 and increase by 1 or 2mg a week?

Yes 1 ml = 1mg. Start with 1 ml/1mg a day. I would go 2 ml a day but its too expensive so i will stick with 1 ml. But 10 mg LGD a day will give you steroidlike gains. No questions.

You mean 1ml = 10mg. Start at 1ml/day which equals 10mg/day.
