Pct cutting diet

I read in one of the stickies Dnt start a diet on pct does this mean a cutting diet or an all out diet? I just finished my bulking diet n want to start cutting is this ok as I've just started pct?

They mean do not be in a caloric deficit while in PCT.. so you should wait till AFTER your PCT before you start your cutting diet

Don't start cutting in PCT, you want to maintain as much as your gains as possible while going through PCT. If you start cutting now you're going to loose probably 90% or more of your gains you made on cycle. Continue eating how you've been eating while on cycle all the way through PCT. I would actually try and eat more!

Don't start cutting until well after PCT like 6 weeks.

I keep on my calorie surplus during PCT then for the next 6 weeks I drop to my TDEE. Let your body get used to the new mass then slowly cut.

When cutting, try doing a test prop cycle stacked with anavar . make sure you do your research first. IMO I dont see a point in cutting naturally after a bulk cycle.
