Quick rundown.. I'm thinking about starting a cycle, I'm looking for a good weight gaining cycle, and heres the reason why:

I eat healthy, I eat big meals, 3-4 times a day, I'm in the gym 5 days a week, I take 150-200 grams of protein a day, I take weight gainer, I just can not put on mass.
I was thinking about starting a dbol cycle, but wanted peoples opinions.. some people say go for it.. others say don't do it.. I was also debating going with deca.. but I'm getting mixed feedback that its not really for mass, its for cutting, vise versa..
My goals are putting on muscle mass, not really looking to get cut because there is nothing to cut. I need to build muscle then worry about toning later. I would like to gain around 20-25 lbs.
