I just registered to a second gym, at school. Thing is, the gym as no mirrors.
I'm not chillin to the point i can't lift without it, but I find it so more difficult to not see yourselft when lifting.... Can be cuz I can't see if my lifting technique and movement are correct, or simply the motivation it gives when you work hard and see the worked muscle pumpin.
What's you opinion on the importance of mirrors in a gym ?
