Excatly, now the problem is that most don't.
From my experience working at a gym 10 hours/day I see how people behave in and out of the gym.
about 80% of the gym members got no fvckin clue what they are doing.
the mass majority know that you gotta have lots of "shakes" to get big
And if you are big well developed and their not, they would think 2 things, either you are on AAS "shoot and sit back watching muscles poppin' every where" or you have no life.
The way I know so, is by talking to alot of out of shape members, most ofthem believe that cardio is the most important aspect of it all as to be in shape. yet they work out almost daily but no results and blame it on the "GENES".
I walk around with a BIG sign on my shirt says "TRAINER", beside the gym offers a COMPLEMENTARY fitness assessment to the members.
guess what, most of them reject that, although its free and very benefeical.
Too much ego to admit that they are out of shape and how on earth this big buff ripped guy could know better than them?! he is on AAS, he knows nothing.
