Right now i'm taking 20 mcg of clen daily, instead of pyramiding 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and 10 mg of var a day. As for cardio i'm going to be tumbling but what sort of other things should I be doing to get the best results? I'm used to just tumbling and that's all but i'm looking for something more to put in by routine. Just looking for some input.
