i like your attitude, most people read that they have to diet for 3-6 months and don't have the dedication to do it, trust me, you can do alot with just diet
for example, a couple years ago i was 240lbs at 40-45%bf(that's my estimate), i had heart complications(almost had to have surgery) and was on the verge of developing diabetes
i started reading up on diet and dieted down to 180lbs at 12-14%, then started bulking and am now at around 200lbs-20010lbs(depending on water and amount of food in my stomach) at around 14%, all from diet and exercise
anyway, because you are willing to put in the work i'm willing to help you as much as possible, so feel free to pm me with any questions you have(or you can start another thread) and if your diet gets boring or problems come up i'll do what i can to help you work around them
