Listen, when I do some weights b/f cardio, my cardio heart rate is elevated already and I can achieve a substantially higher heart rate than if I had not done weights. Usually about 10beat difference (eg. 137 vs 150)
I know I can workout everyday and then do cardio.
But I have cardio only days.
What should I do about that
Are there tricks to elevating it and keeping them elevated, that are stimulant free and no clen plz. (the latter helps trust me)
I could do abs first, as I do them every day.
Any tips or experiences plz share
