That depends on a few factors, was the weight lean muscle mass or fat? Later on in your post you said you want to lose "this ugly fat" so I assume that your gains were not lean. What are your stats? What weight were you when you started?
NEXT... I have been using my curling bar at home here, about once a week and doing sit ups for about a month now, I have seen some lose of mass, but I was hoping to here some good news, and that is.. HOW BAD IS A MONTH WITHOUT PUMPING IRON?
With a good diet and training routine you will be able to make gains again quicker because your muscles will remember the training.
Now I am getting a treadmill, and I am also getting a bench press, and I have a curling bar and little dumbell bars, I am going to rig up a chin up bar also, Do you think this will do the trick till I get more cash flow going. I am going to try and cut up and lose this ugly fat? What do you say?
Can you not get a gym membership? Real gyms are better than home gyms with limited equipment.
Well let me know, all your info. My diet is slowly getting into the game, so once that gets good I will start taking note on my loses.
Diet is the name of the game, without a good diet you won't get very far.
