OK, EVERYONE that has seen my message in new male member, knew I was going to be here, hahahaha. anyways.

MY QUESTION.. I have been pumping iron in the gym for about 3 years, I gain around 30lbs over that time frame. IS THIS A GOOD GAIN?

NEXT... I have been using my curling bar at home here, about once a week and doing sit ups for about a month now, I have seen some lose of mass, but I was hoping to here some good news, and that is.. HOW BAD IS A MONTH WITHOUT PUMPING IRON?

Reason for not hitting the gym is cause I am busy with getting use to a new shift and moving in to my new home. and all that is keeping me back from the gym.

Now I am getting a treadmill, and I am also getting a bench press, and I have a curling bar and little dumbell bars, I am going to rig up a chin up bar also, Do you think this will do the trick till I get more cash flow going. I am going to try and cut up and lose this ugly fat? What do you say?

Well let me know, all your info. My diet is slowly getting into the game, so once that gets good I will start taking note on my loses.
