    one massive bulker ideas

    hey guys i have been here for several years and had several attempts to do a good cycle but stopped for various reasons,bunk gear,hairloss,acne,illness etc well i am waiting for my off time eventhough my gear i believe was underdosed i ran test e for 1-6 weeks at 500mg and deca at 400mg from weeks 1-6 and then ran test at 250mg for more 2 weeks..i am looking to do one massive bulker and will probably stop juicing afterwards,i want to make it right this time and have the best out of it,what should i run keeping in mind that hairloss is an issue for me..thanks

    my diet basically is 4 egg whites for breakfast,bread and apple juice
    meal 2 : lunch mostly chicken and rice or fish and rice as much as i can
    meal 3ost workout 42 grams of whey and 5 grams of dextrose
    meal 4: an hour later after workout one can of tuna and apple juice
    meal 5: dinner,mostly cheese or jam sandwiches,burgers whatever i have and i eat as much as i can
    i have a shake of mine of 1litre of milk,1tbsp peanut butter,3tbspn honey,oatmeal,a few strawberries in there...i also try to eat between my meals but thats just basically what its like

    Thats a lot of Apple Juice. lol. Lots of sugars. Replace with water.

    i would bet you have a fast metabolism, in that case this is a cutting diet, if you want to bulk you're gonna need alot more food

    i have seen guys eating way much less food than i do and its a bulking diet how come that one is a cutting diet ?i know i have super fast metabolism and it sucks

    um..why do you feel your gear was bunk? at 1-6 weeks on deca and test..and then the added 2 weeks..you really didnt get much from either the test or deca.

    not to mention..with the test and deca they don't really kick in till weeks 4 or 5ish.

    because some people have fast metabolisms and some have slower ones, i personally don't have to eat a whole lot to gain muscle, but i have friends that cut while eating 3000cals just because there metabolisms are crazy and any less cals would cause them to lose muscle

    if you have a really fast metabolism, try upping yours cals by 500 every month or so until you notice you are gaining

    that cycle you did in your post is garbage. You should run long esters around 12 weeks. Spend some serious time researching on this site and you will find everything you need. Check out the beginner stickies

    gaining weight isnt easy for a hard gainer. i should know, im one. i worked out hard for years and didnt gain more than 10 pounds. it took someone really hammering how much i need to eat into me for me to really start gaining weight. you are not eating enough carbohydrates or protein. everyone always harps on protein but you need massive amounts of carbs as well.

    you will know when you are getting close to eating enough because you will start to hate it. hate the very act of chewing. months and months on end of constantly stuffing yourself gets old. this is why most people fail. if this shit was easy everyone would walk around looking like arnold.

    I definitely don't mean this as a flame, but I think you need to step back and re-assess things. You started 2 new threads, one telling us you can't afford to eat right, and one telling us you want to run a "massive bulker" according to the thread title.

    i stopped it cause i thought my gear was bunk not even sure if it was or not now but anyways that what i felt when i was on thats why i stopped,it was planned to be a 12weeker at first

    i am just researching now cause i just want to know how much will i need,how much money to save, i am not doing anything at the moment so a little bit of research wont hurt

    how should i adjust my diet bro any thoughts are welcomed but seriously most of the guys i see gaining naturally are mostly gaining lots of fat,thats not what i am looking for anyways

    well heres the deal man. if you really are a hardcore ectomorph, as i am, this weakness of hyper metabolism can become your strength. you dont have to worry about what you eat as much as the guy who puts on weight easier than you but puts it as much into his gut as he does his muscles. your metabolism is trying to tear down every extra calorie your body doesn't think it needs at all times. so the trick is to learn how to lift to push yourself in the proper way (for growth), and eat basically as much food as you possibly can. that doesnt mean eat a bunch of crap, but you dont have to worry about measuring out all your fats and proteins and carbs as long as you are eating good things and a lot of them.

    i dont really care about calories or gaining fat cause i never do,my metabolism is just too high
