my diet basically is 4 egg whites for breakfast,bread and apple juice
meal 2 : lunch mostly chicken and rice or fish and rice as much as i can
meal 3ost workout 42 grams of whey and 5 grams of dextrose
meal 4: an hour later after workout one can of tuna and apple juice
meal 5: dinner,mostly cheese or jam sandwiches,burgers whatever i have and i eat as much as i can
i have a shake of mine of 1litre of milk,1tbsp peanut butter,3tbspn honey,oatmeal,a few strawberries in there...i also try to eat between my meals but thats just basically what its like
because some people have fast metabolisms and some have slower ones, i personally don't have to eat a whole lot to gain muscle, but i have friends that cut while eating 3000cals just because there metabolisms are crazy and any less cals would cause them to lose muscle
if you have a really fast metabolism, try upping yours cals by 500 every month or so until you notice you are gaining
