5'11 at 205lbs I wouldnt be able to give you an accurate BF% bc I dont know too much about it.
Anyways Been working out for about 15 months now. I have gone from 260lbs with pretty no muscle at all. To give you an idea my 1 rep max for bench was 95lbs. Haha. Anyways I feel like I am starting to hit my wall. I considered this like 6 months ago but I decided to wait closer to spring 09 and lose some more fat. I feel like im experienced enough in the gym to make this work the right way now. I have a supplier but I just want to compare what he tell me to take to what maybe you guys may suggest to me.
I want to do a cylce of Winstrol. What else to I need to make this work the right way. Im trying to cut. Im in the gym for 60 to 90 min 5x a week. Cardio 3 to 4 times a week. And the best diet ive been on since i started. Let me know if you need any more info.
