Looking for some opinons/advice on my workout program and back workout

    HEY GUYS STARTING A NEW WORKOUT PROGRAM-STARTED THIS A.M - GUESS I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS -
THIS IS THE WAY MY WORKOUT LOOKS AS OF NOW:

    TUES-BACK
    WED-CHEST/ABS
    THURS-SHOULDERS
    FRI-ARMS/ABS
    SAT-LEGS
    SUN-MON OFF DAYS

BUT I WAS THINKING INSTEAD OF HAVING A DAY JUST FOR ARMS IF NOT DO A SPLIT ON TUES AND WED.
TUES AM -BACK THEN PM BICEPS
WED AM CHEST THEN PM TRICEPS
AND USE FRIDAY FOR BODYWEIGHT EXERCISE'S LIKE PULLUPS (SINCE THIS IS A WEAK EXERCISE FOR ME) PUSHUPS AND DIPS AND CARDIO

AND THIS IS MY BACK WORKOUT: GOALS-ALL AROUND STRENGTH AND ADD MASS TO MY UPPR LATS

    4 Sets (not Including 2 Warm-ups) Deadlifts 8,6,6,3
2 Sets Wide Pullups -- Very Weak With This Exercise
    4 Sets Wide Pulldowns 10,8,6,6
    3 Sets Bb Rows 8,6,6
    3 Sets Db Rows 10,10,10
2 Sets Chinups (superset) W/ Hyperxt.

    THANKS IN ADVANCE

How many reps are you doing with your wide pull-ups? If your only doing 2 sets its better to go for a set number of reps and go for that within the 2 sets resting for 5 sec and starting again or kip and cheat the last few on each set

If your pull ups are weak then I would start with them. I do:

4 sets pull ups (complete with assisted machine or superset with pull downs)
4 sets chin ups (complete with assisted machine or superset with pull downs)
4 sets deads (I will stop deads everytime when my lower back heals I do light sets right now so I can do them evertime. I will only be able to do them once a week when I go back heavy)
4 sets rows superset with hyper ext.
I mix up my rows seated standing bent over one arm lawn mower pulls
Do you not do traps on back day?

Why not the set day for arms? Wanna cut back on days or just thought it was a better idea?

yea here is my idea, when you do a primary muscle group such as back (which uses its secondary muscle biceps), it will be fatigued hence you risk overtraining the muscle, and you will not be as strong as it would be on a fresh day. if you have been doing that many sets for back and have not been seeing good results/ chop them to about haf (8) solid sets 100 percent intensity four acouple weeks in the 6-8 rep range and see how you progress.

i thought it would be a better idea of training arms later in the day but now i think im gonna just keep my schedule like it is for now with a day just for arms.
