    Tricep Routine

    This is the breakdown of my current triceps routine, about 3 sets of each-

    Close Grip Bench Press
    Skull Crushers
    Dips
    Cable extensions with rope (not push-downs)

    What rep range should I use for gaining arm size, and what order should I do these in? I'm trying to build my arms, and am therefore focusing on the triceps.

    mine go 12, 8 & 4-6

    Try doing reverse grip close grip bench press....It really focuses on the tri's better then close grip IMO......Also throw in some DB two arm extensions....Go has heavy as you can.....everything else looks good.....As for reps it depends on the exercise....If you are doing 250 reverse grip then you are not going to get 12 reps....You have to listen to your body....

    To the op, I like the routine, looks just like the one I do most days

    Something about close grips+skull crushers+dips that just MURDERS the triceps
