7.6% BF and still no sign of ABs

    Guys

I am talking about 7.6% as i have reports (attached below)

I have been on juice ( Primo + Test + Var) Did T3 and clen midway.

I have reached 7.6% BF and i cant see my Abs. I can see them if i pull my skin down but cant just see them when i am posing. I have been trying very hard to figure out what has gone wrong.I have 4 weeks left of the juice and I wanna see those abs for once. It could be either of the two:

    1) Fat left on the abdominal?
    2) The abdominal muscle is not developed?

    Scenario 1:

I need more of cardio and need to burn more fat. Dunno how safe that would be though.

    Scenario 2:

How many reps of crunches are required. I have got various response from 100 reps to 500 reps.

How frequently should the abs be worked out when ur jucing up since the recovery is faster?

Really need some guidance from you guys. As far as diet is concerned I have been very strict on it and thats the reason i could reach 7%.

most likely not accurate but, some guys who have loose skin see their abs alot less at leaner weight than someone with tight skin, also that being said some people's limbs lean out 1st and stomach last, and vica versa.

I can have shredded arms with hardly any abs, its jsut bodytype and genetics

Either the numbers are wrong or you have no muscle on your body. My guess is number 1. At almost 14% mine are still slightly visible. Post a pic

It looks like they did a combination of BMI and Body Impedence to get the results. I am not a huge fan of either one. That said, it is possible to be under 10% without a visible 6 pack. You may just be severely lacking in ab development. Will withhold judgement until you post a couple pictures.

"OH REALLY " I am no expert but the reason for abdominal muscle being diffrent from the chest or back is that the Abs are slow twich muscle hence it needs more reps. Also genetics plays a important role.

Anyways here are the pic. They are not very clear as they are clicked from a cell phone.

IMO ur are not that low of bodyfat id say ur around 12 maybe slightly less. u are like me your limbs lean out first, and it appears that u have a slightly underdeveloped core.

Even i was surprised when the damm machine came with 7.6%.

So considering 12% Fat do u guys suggest that i do a 3 week of T3 Clean where the T3 would be 25/5-/75/100 and reverse . Or do u think that the T3 would be taking its toll on the muscles since the fat % is low?

Also still confused about the abs and the Core workout!

You my good sir are a drug addict... Also lots of ab workouts will give you a thicker core but not necessarilly more visible muscle. You'll look fatter from being thicker.

Cardio cardio cardio cardio cardio cardio cardio cardio cardio... Calorie deficit = fat loss

X2, nothing going on with you that diet and cardio cant fix all on its own. Yet one more example of why BMI and Bio-Impendence are poor choices.

i would put that down to a lack of development....drop the bf by a % or 2, and with a good abs routine ull have cracked it

I have 12% body fat and very similar abdominal definition, though you do look slightly slimmer around the waist; I'd say 10-11%. A month of a good cutting diet and 3-4 cardio sessions a week should give you a very defined 6-pack; no need for more compounds!! Also, I've found that 5 sets of 25 full-incline sit-ups with medicine ball to be far beyond any other ab exercise in terms of results. If you don't do leg lifts as of now, I like those a lot too for toning up that area. I find crunches to be a lot like push-ups; essential for beginners, a good warm-up for intermediates, and dare I say trivial for someone with a serious ab routine.

Yes it will be catabolic, Fat catabolism that is. Your really really have to be in a serious caloric deficient state to lose significant amounts of muscle. Sure you will lose some, its just the nature of the body trying to maintain a positive energy balance. However far to many times people allow this stigma that you will drop 20lbs of hard earned muscle by doing cardio to cause them to abandon cardio all together, either bulking or cutting.

I advise you a "Whole Body Hologic QDR-4500W DXA Fan-Beam Scanner" if you want precise numbers.
But it will cost you a bit.

Great post MS. It's as if "catabolic" has become the word of the year all a sudden. Where did this great fear of cardio chewing up hard earned muscle come from? If you are doing 3 hours a day on a 1,000 calories a day for an extended period of time, yes you will burn some muscle but this mindset of going over 40 minutes or doing it post workout without a meal will eat away muscle is just plain crazy.

looks like BF estimate is off, and lacking ab muscle. Hanging leg raises, cardio, and diet and you will get there.
