I have a workout day dedicated to bi's and tri's.

i have a day for arms now.
however my best gains were actually when i didnt train arms specifically, just stuck to very heavy compound exercises such as chin-ups, rows and bench and dips and my arms exploded a good 2inches in a year.
awesome gains stevey iv always had an arm day im bout to go a while without one and see what i come up with

35 minutes steady state cardio empty Stomach AM, 30 minutes HIIT cardio PWO 7 days a week. 2nd session is 45 minutes on non training days.
no arm day for me.
