Need specific plyos that will target increasing my speed as well as quickness, also how often should I be doing these? I run a 10 day work out cycle, and usually implement plyos every 9th cycle for 3 consecutive cycles.

whats your 10 day routine look like?
I would throw plyo work in once a week for a different body part each week...
For example on leg day I would do explosive box squats, high box jumps, short weighted sprints (10-50m)... maybe look into chain and band work with the squats...
There is loads you can do... lets see the routine first
1 - flat bench, incline bench, squats
