    Heyyy guys

So im thinking of going on a cycle for the sole purpose of adding 5 lbs to my upper pecs becos its going to transform my appearance and I don't care about the rest of my bod it can just stay skinny.

So which exersices and how often do I do in order to increase the upper pecs?

First off, do you know what 5 lbs of lean muscle looks like? I dont know how you look now, but my guess is you would look pretty silly if you could even accomplish that. What you are wanting to do is not a cycle, its just a workout routine and there are plenty ways to go about it. Do incline dumbell presses, incline flys, and on and on. Obviously you have never lifted before, am i right?

I work out for 3 months now and I easily know what 5lbs looks like by simply eyeballing a 3lb pack of pork ribs.
And simple work out will not work because I'm hardgainer I can work out years and my chest will just stay flat because my body doesn't produce enough test that's why I need a cycle.

hahaha..Your first sentence cracks me up!! You're not eating right. You already said that you were skinny everywhere, not just your chest. Reevaluate your diet and training.

Doing a cycle just to build your upper pecs is kind of silly. Incline presses and flys are the primary exercises for developing your upper chest. If you incorporate more of these into your routines, your upper chest should fill in nicely. However, if you're like me and chest is a weak point, you may never get the pecs you want - I know I won't. If genetics are not on your side, all you can do is train religiously and learn to be happy with what you have. Instead of measuring your progress against people for whom pecs are a strong point, learn to accept a different standard for measuring your development.

For me it has taken years and years of hard work to get my pecs to a point where I feel somewhat happy about their appearance, but I've learned to accept that while my genetics ensure that I will never bench 400 pounds or have the shape and definition of Franco Columbo, those same genetics have given me a strong, wide back, great triceps and wide, striated shoulders. In the end, all we can do is concentrate on weak-point training and learn to be happy with what we have.

Learn how to eat. Learn how to train. Define your goals. Build a good base and reevaluate the AAS in a few years.

I agree with the above. Also if your body didnt 'produce enough test' whatever you gained on cycle will quickly disapear when you come off.
