    I work out for 3 months now and I easily know what 5lbs looks like by simply eyeballing a 3lb pack of pork ribs.
    And simple work out will not work because I'm hardgainer I can work out years and my chest will just stay flat because my body doesn't produce enough test that's why I need a cycle.

    hahaha..Your first sentence cracks me up!! You're not eating right. You already said that you were skinny everywhere, not just your chest. Reevaluate your diet and training.
