baseline whats your thoughts on super setting two different muscle groups? does your body get confused trying to move blood from one targeted muscle group to another and back and forth?

I used to do that alot with shoulders and chest, worked out pretty good as a pre exhaust for shoulders and even did some tri sets with the super sets towards the end of the workout to hit failure doing drop sets for each bodypart, good way to stimulate the muscle fibres and has helped me get past some sticky points before where the muscle was not really growing as much needing new stimulation
at the risk of sounding like Cliff Claven..the average human body has about 5liters of blood, or 8% of total body mass. there's no dangers of confusion or not having enough, imho.
supersets play an important role in bbing and always will. in fact, supersets, compound sets, and dropsets, should part of everyone's' pct. this is great way to get in and get out of the gym in less than 40mins, yet still enjoy a hit workout.
Elaborate? This is new to me. Doesn't matter some I'm not cycling for another 2 years but still. Knowledge is power!Originally Posted by MickeyKnox
Cortisol (a hormone the body releases while under stress) is known to be high during PCT because you're hormones are all out of whack and the body trying to get back to homeostasis. Intense weight lifting sessions will also cause the body to secrete cortisol, so especially during PCT you need to limit your workout sessions to 45 mins to 1 hour to help keep cortisol at bay. Honestly workout sessions should be kept to 1 hour or less even while not on PCT.
if it worked for teh 70's era body builders, its good enough for me.
