    Cortisol (a hormone the body releases while under stress) is known to be high during PCT because you're hormones are all out of whack and the body trying to get back to homeostasis. Intense weight lifting sessions will also cause the body to secrete cortisol, so especially during PCT you need to limit your workout sessions to 45 mins to 1 hour to help keep cortisol at bay. Honestly workout sessions should be kept to 1 hour or less even while not on PCT.

    i followed this rule to a T for years, but the fact as all my friends go pro, they train for a few hours a day 6 days a week, and it makes a difference. So ive changed my thought process on this topic

    Well if they're going Pro then more than likely they're always on cycle or at least a HRT dose so in that case all bets are off. My advice was for someone who is in PCT or not on gear at all.
