K so I have always done this split. Except for one day has changed recently. Which I don't know how big of a difference it would be. That's why I am here to get opinions. This schedule is based on work. Not much room to deviate from.
Monday night- legs
Tuesday morning - chest
Wednesday morning - back
Thursday off
Friday night - shoulders
Saturday - off
Sunday morning - arms ( bis and tris)
The Sunday used to be Saturday and was giving me a full two days before my chest days. Now only a day and a half really. Is this a problem. Not enough rest for my tris before chest?
And another question would be I'm doing currently 12-16 sets. Depends on the group. Too much? And would it be too much when I start a cycle?
