Using say 25kg will destroy ye!!!

Why don't you produce some videos what target building the muscle with an intense protocol

Ye thinking ahead bro, that will come in time!!

At the moment im just going for the intense pump feeling to really rip those muscles apart at the end of an intense workout.

Ye cant go wrong with a triple set to failure man, imo

I`ll start making vids in the gym at a later date, using poweracks and benches with heavy weight etc but at moment i can only do stuff with dumbbells because i dont have the equipment at home.

One tip for a giant set....

You want to use a weight that allows you to fail within a certain rep range... Once u fail u move onto the next movement and then fail again on that.... Obviously this means the weight will have to be less on the next movement unless your clever about what movements u use and what order u put them in

I do tend to reduce the weight on some occasions but for this instance i just stuck to one weight.

I do this one week then maybe do a triple drop set/ pre exhaust etc the following week.

I always mix my training up and i never counts reps UNLESS im going for strength, then i like to stick to 5 X 5

I work on `if you cant feel the burn ye not working hard enough`

Aye mate, if i was in the gym id ride the rack down in weight but at home its a nightmare having to reduce the weight , its too time consuming so would be no point.

my biceps are lagging abit on the grand scale of things so thats why i try and shock them each week.

I find that close grip pull ups to failure after each set works very well

ha ye was a nightmare bad timing lol

Yer mate , i do use heavier weights usually but for the purpose of the video i kept the weight low :-)

Try this bad boy using 80% one Rep max with a partner helping you go to failure and ye onto a winner!!!!!
