what do you reccon of my diet for bulking up
bear in mind that I am eating twice as much now as when I wasn't training, my age size and height.
I feel like I cannot eat any more than this my belly is always full and bloated. sorry for being crude but sometimes when I try eat more I burp and food starts to back up like Im on a full tank. I could possibly change my whey protien for weight gainer and have doubble like 4 servings a day as I would find that easier than eat more. What do you think?

protien shake 30g
fruit
3 whole meal toast and 3 eggs
snaks in between
sandwidges or a chicken or steak pastie
cottage chese
nuts
dinner
2 tins of tuna
bowl of pasta or potatoes
veg or salad
snaks
fruit and nuts
cottage chese
tea
big sunday dinner
2 or 3 chicken breasts
2 potatoes
load of steamed veg
2 slices of wholemeal bread
snaks
cottage chese
nuts
Supper
2 slices of chese on tost
or egg on tost
protien shake 30g
I drink lots of water also and I threw the pastie in there to see if it woud add to my weight gain and as I live in Cornwall the pasties are massive and are full of prime chicken breast or steak & vedge not like the supermarket or Greggs crap. The only badness in them is the salt content that will be in the pastry.
