    shrink legs while on gear

    right now my legs are huge from my standard program. i just started gear. i want to shrink my legs a little because I'm not trying to buy new jeans. whats your opinons on not lifting on leg days but doing cardio and abs. i usually run legs 2 x a week theyre pretty damn big and lean. i need to lose muscle mass in em.

    Hmm don't think I've heard anyone who actually wanted to lose muscle mass.. Lol

    I would just run cardio on those days and possibly burn some fat off, assuming you have some to burn. Losing muscle in one target area sounds next to impossible without risking the chance of slowing other gains.

    Do legs only once a week during your cycle and don't go heavy: concentrate on isometric exercises such as leg curls and leg extensions with low to medium weight, high rep (15-25) and short rest time (30-45 sec) format as opposed to doing compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats. This way, you won't be growing tree stumps but at the same time you will also be able to maintain the connection between your mind and subjected muscle groups. This should also give you some definition on those muscle groups...

    Not the best advice I have willingly given but under these circumstances it is better than saying ''don't exercise legs when you cycle.''

    i think thats what im gonna do. whats your opinion on.. ill be on test,deca,dbol for 13 week. lift heavy for first 7 10-15 reps then after week 7 go into cut mode 15-20 reps

    Diet mainly controls your goals wether it be cutting or adding mass.....

    Can you post a pic of these so called legs that are too big?

    you call 10-15 reps heavy lifting? try 6-8. and 15-20 reps does not equal "cut mode." more calories out than calories in = cut mode.

    squat 275 5x20 SS leg extension 5x15 180 is a pretty good load and work volume.

    My question is are your legs in proportion to your upper body? If so, you should be happy you need to buy new clothes. It's a sign of progress. Is your goal more fitness or bodybuilding?

    Not lifting on leg days will put you in an overall less anabolic state. I didn't wear Jeans anymore after a while, kinda just have to deal with it but no I would not stop lifting on leg days. Maybe incorporate more cardio but don't stop lifting altogether.
