i think thats what im gonna do. whats your opinion on.. ill be on test,deca,dbol for 13 week. lift heavy for first 7 10-15 reps then after week 7 go into cut mode 15-20 reps
you call 10-15 reps heavy lifting? try 6-8. and 15-20 reps does not equal "cut mode." more calories out than calories in = cut mode.
