Sodium and water can make the weight fluctuate a fair bit. Losing body fat is simple. eat less, or burn more calories. One of those is out of whack. opting for drugs is wrong. if you cant do it without then your just not working hard enough, or know what to change to get you there. Hire a coach or something. someone who knows what they are talking about. Bulking will make you fatter.
