    1st cycle. Would appreciate. So

    Stats

    Age:24
    Height: 5'11
    Weight:190
    Bf-11%

    Proposed Cycle

    - Week 1 to 12: Testosterone enanthate @ 375mg every 3.5 days (750mg/week total)
    - Week 1 to 12: hCG @ 250 iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
    - Week 1 to 14: Arimidex @ 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

    PCT

    Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

    Also going to use 600 mg of N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) daily for liver protection as stated in the guide.

    Diet

    Around 3500 Calories a day with the breakdown being

    40%Protein
    30%Carbs
    30%Fats

    Through personal testing I have found this diet to aid my training the best.


    I have done test e before and did not pct properly the first time and used only hcg the second time for PCT. Did not keep an accurate log and feel like a buffoon for this.

    I am only interested in athletic performance. I read up on HGH and it LOOKS like it is right up my alley for what I need. Would like some feedback. Just looking to get my endurance through the roof as well as get just a little stronger. More interested in endurance with a little strength. Need to snatch around 300 and be close to clean and jerking 400 but still be an endurance monster, as far as form goes I am an Olympic lifting instructor so I just need performance enhancement.

    I would run HGH for 24 weeks as but the dosage I think would be best would be .048iu per KG/daily. Yay nay? Or pointless.

    Oly stats

    405 Back Squat
    330 Front Squat
    225 Snatch
    300 Clean and Jerk

    1st cycle

    250mg test e

    Monday and Thursday were injection days.

    No PCT. Feel like a moron after reading some stickies here.

    2nd Cycle

    500mg Test e

    Monday Thursday were injection days.

    PCT was 250iU HCG per day for 10 days. I'm sure this was wrong and feel like a Buffon.

    Should I start at square one? I had great results from Test E and thinking I could run it at 500mg every 3.5 days. But I've read it's best to build from the ground up.

    Training will be 3 days on. 1 off, 2 days on 1 off. weightlifting once sometimes twice and 2-4 crossfit style WODS per training day.

    I'm SOOO glad austinite rewrote the stickies.

    This looks like a good plan to me. 1g may be a little heavy on the test for the 3rd cycle at your weight. did 500 not give you results? Curious why you chose a gram/wk this time.

    Thinking of adding anavar to this stack. It has Te cutting properties I think would help me. It barley messes with your HPTA. I've read that it makes your joints hurt but research says it doesn't from credible sources. I'm leaning towards Anavar instead of HGH or maybe its too much to fast?

    I did 1g a week on my second cycle and It felt great. Pretty sure I can handle it. I fluctuate between 190 and 200. Got to 205 on the 500 wk stack.

    I had great results from 500 wk but I want the edge. I have a year to train before I have to compete and test stays in my system awhile from what I've read.

    Depends on the ester. Even cyp will be out of your system completely inside 3 weeks of your last shot so not sure what you mean by 'stays in my system'.

    As to dosage, you want to maximize benefit and minimize undesirable/unhealthy sides. my body can 'handle' 3g per week just fine but that doesn't mean I therefore make that my dose. is 1g more than is necessary is my question. Maybe 700 will be that sweet spot for you. It changes over time and is different for everyone. I'm not trying to be your father, just trying to make you think about why you may have picked that number. If you already know 1g is your number, that's cool.

    Maybe less is more in this situation. It can't hurt to try. It's been we'll over a year since my last cycle. I do appreciate the advice. Maybe 700 is a good idea. Slow building is always best.

    I would try 750 if its 250/ml. I've gone as high as 3.5g but all that did is increase sides. I really don't see any more growth from that than I get with 1.5 but I didn't just jump from 500 to 1g. The only way you'll ever know what 750 does for you vs 1g or more etc. is to experiment with it. I've been on and off for over 20y though and I'm 230 so you have to take bodyweight and cycle history into account too. 3rd cycle at 190? I'd go 750 first as the next step up.

    Ok I'll leave this beaten horse alone now lol.

    I just read most of your threads. Your full of crap. Your lifting stats are not realistic just BS. Your now are doing what B n B says about what cycle. You've been training for about a year and now 3rd or 1st cycle ? At the third you never came off, but now 1st, I am so confused.

    I did the cycles back to back. Like I stated earlier I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't PCT properly but my strength went up a lot. How is that lying? I stated in this thread that I had done 2 cycles before just never done them properly. My girl jumped on my account and now she has her own. What else can i say? Lol

    I did 2 cycles at 23 and I'm now almost 25. Why is that so unrealistic? i came here for help so I don't mess my body up.

    This would be my first PROPER cycle? Is that ok? Or do I have to type it in all caps that I have done two cycles before but didn't PCT at all except for HCG post cycle which is retarded I now know. I spelled out what I did in the past. my girl jumped on my account and asked normal questions. What is so ridiculous. It appears you didn't read my entire post.

    If you don't believe my stats I don't care. I'm not on here to convince you, Im Here for help so I don't make the same mistake again.
