    Biceps weights

how good do u guys consider 145lb standing bar curl for biceps. (i think it's kind of low for my size) 6' , 225lbs, arms are 18"-18.5", isn't?

How many reps and how much do your move body? I do 110 for 12 I don't move anything but my forearms. 2 seconds up 3 secs down almost right out straight

@ 145lbs i do 6 reps. and i do move kind of much. but at 135lbs i do about 8 with less moving. the thing is i feel the weight is kind of light comparing to my overall size

If its doing the work the weight only means something to you. Not your arms

the best movement stimulates the most muscle in my opinion for ANY given muscle group.

following that if you were to grab say ropes hook em up to the cable machine on the lowest pin and put on about 60 pounds to start.... to experiment to find a good range.

the position is almost EXACTLY LIKE justin2305's pose in this thread, elbows sorta out and bowed close to your pecker to start and up along your body to your midsection as high as you can curl up and use an underhand AND overhand/palms down grip.

I SWEAR TO GOD, THEY HURT, FUKIN BURN LIKE YOU WONT BELIEVE....that'll get em growin heavy bar curls are no good man....Just try and get the movement in there where you feel comfortable and trust me, you'll do it ALOT.

Bi's are my weakest body part! I neglected them for years just doing the basic large muscle groups with the idea that the smaller more insignificant muscles would get worked just the same. I was wrong and I pay the price every week when I go to do Bi's. So if at 225 you are weak moving 145 for reps I am too at 265 working with only 160
