Thread: Equipoise

    Equipoise

    Quite new to some of this, yet i have been researching on alot. I was thinking about Deca Durabolin until i saw the water retention. Im thinking about Equipoise for a beginner to this, it has a low tendancy for acne and low low liver damage and no Aromatization. I dont want to gain too fast i also know that Equipoise is a slow gainer which is fine for me, im only going to do for about 5 weeks just to break my plateau. Any opinions here?

    do not do eq. what are your stats? age, cycle exp., bf%

    I am 18 years old been workin for 2 years havnt really noticed too much size, just wanna do a month cycle of something thats moderatly safe that will not give me to much ****ed up side effects for a months time so i can break this plateau.

    you are on a mild cycle right now. if you do this hormone you will get NOTHING out of it and you will screw up your free cycle. eq is worthless at best if run at proper dosage for proper length of time. dont do this. go to the diet section and you will make all your gains

    you are on a cycle. you are on a mild test cycle right now. do a cycle and you risk losing that. you are too young for aas

    I dont even care, I eat ****in 6 5 oz chicken breasts a day with broccoli and poatoes. Thats my six meals along with 3 protein shakes in between and i only weigh 145. Sick of not gaining any mass, so at this point i dont really care what happens.

    how many cals are you taking in? what is your total for daily maintainance calories? what % is coming from protien, carb, fat. gaining mass is not an accident. you are on a mild cycle, if you cant gain now you will not gain w/ synthetic hormones either.

    Now thats BS lol my buddy chris is 17 and hes takin sustanon and hes gained 20lbs in a month. Im eating around 267g of protein a day and about 500g carbs around there, not looking at calories.

    what's bs? what is his diet like. if you do not know how to eat steroids will not help you.
    you will burn x amout of calories a day. if your calorie intake is less then x you will not gain mass. you dont know your maintance calories or how many cals you take in daily. yea, youre ready for aas

    18 only working out 2 years...you don't even know how to lift and eat right yet.
    EQ for 1 month is not an option...14 weeks is like as short as it should be run...long long ester, realeases slowly.
    What is your height and weight?

    gotta raise the bs flag on this. there are no ok steroids. steroids are not majic pills that will help a novice that has no clue about nutrution make gains.

    Exactly all steroids are going to have side effects. But im just looking for something that ill gain some size within a month and not have to many problems with it.

    what you are currently on. you are on a mild test cycle. if you cant gain on this something is wrong. what is that something? probbably diet and routine.

    I'm not going to rip on you so don't get defensive, you are lean and in good shape no doubt. You don't need steroids though. EQ on its own is a waste of time. You are really small and don't need any steroids, and what the guy above was telling you is that your natural test levels are so high right now you are better off just working on your diet, you will gain very well by doing that. I was 6'3'' 240lbs cut down from 290 at 27 years old before I touched anything. Anything you take will mess up your natural test levels and make gains come harder when you arn't on cycle. At sub 150 pounds you could do a lot of work.

    Look ive been eating too much chicken steak and protein shakes for too long now. Idk what else to do. Ill just get them somehow or if i can get the Human Growth Hormone.

    you got all this stuff naturally. take anything and you run the chance of loosing that. got to know how many cals your body uses daily and then how much you are intaking.

    You're body is making a lot of HGH at this point in your life, at your age it takes huge doses to see any gains. Please post your diet, exactly what you eat in a day. Watch you buddy lose that 20 lbs when he comes off, so many young bodybuilders are like ballon people...blow-up and shrink.

    1st meal: 8 eggs with 15g protein bar and 2 slices of toast with peanut butter.
    2nd meal: Tuna fish sandwhich with 40g protein shake
    3rd meal: 6 oz chicken breast with broccoli
    4th meal: 6 oz chicken breast with broccoli
    5th meal: 6 oz chicken breast with broccolo
    6th meal: Tilapia with Protein Shake 40g
    7th meal: 4 Oz steak with mashed potatoes.

    Thats every day. do the math

    I only get like 2100 calories, but I'll accept other math. You are on the right track with lots of meals and good protein conten. I think you are low on carbs, you could add some fats too. I'd say you could really work on this.

    I majored in bio, you are a little off here. Think of it this way, the most important thing to your body is a constant blood glucose level. Why? It's the only fuel your brain can use. Your body will break down proteins and convert to carbs to maintain this level. Fats can't be converted to glucose. If you are short on carbs you loose a lot of energy innefecently feeding the brain with the protein you work so hard to choke down.

    I also forgot to put i eat around 2 bags of brown rice a day along with some of the chicken breasts.

    Sorry guys i just wanna get some size and im stuck with that shitty bodytype.

    Thats not that great of a diet... Its high in protein and on the right track but not enough cals.. I do every other meal pro/carbs then pro/fat but the last meal should not be a carb meal. Try replacing some of those chicken meals with something higher in calories, like natural peanut butter 6 tablespoons is like 600+ cals and 30 protein. Where as a piece of chicken is prob 100 cals and 20 protein. You could eat 20 pieces of chicken a day and have 400 grams of protein but you would still only be taking in 2k cals.
