sooo I need help. I have been miserable for about the past week or two. I am always exhausted. No matter how much I sleep, exhausted. My diet is perfect too. I haven't been to the gym in about a month or so, but I don't think that the lack of exercise alone can account for this much exhaustion. And here is something weird, I took my clen dose about 2 hours ago (late, I know, but I planned on staying up late to study) and I am already so exhausted... even the thought of walking to go pee right now seems like too much work. Every day there is so much I could get done, and I dont. And its not laziness, but I am just physically exhausted. I've been having a lot of joint pains lately too, especially knees, neck and back. What the hell is wrong with me? And any suggestions on what I should do? I'm pissed because this is the first day of my cycle and I am so tired that even typing this took a lot out of me. Help meeee

might be a good idea to go to your doc and tell him/her what your experiences. a friend of mine had similar symptoms and turned out to be a diabetic

maybe its the month outta the gym, i know i get like that sometimes, and i push myself to workout, and after i do i feel more energy than i had before

yeah I think I should just suck it up and go in the morning and see how I feel after like a week. I really doubt I have diabetes. Before I stopped going, I went twice a day. and thank you

i would suggest trying to do something active like going to the gym or even just doing pushups or situps or something along the lines of something cardio wise and see how you feel...and if you don't feel any better go to the ER atleast and tell them...never know you could have something not too serious wrong also...good luck and keep us updated

well i'm not the most educated person when it comes to cycles...but if it was me i would definately hold off until i knew i was fine...no reason to chance it you know?...i'm sure more educated people will chime in though

Honey, not to play doctor or nothing but I had the same symptoms one time and when I went to the Doc, I had full blown Mono. Go see a doctor even if you have to go to the hospital. Not sure if they have them in Florida but they do have things called Emergency care or some shit like that. Kinda like a doc for people with no insurance. Please go get checked, you to beautiful and that body is to amazing to not take care of yourself. If you need help PM me and I'll float you some cash to get you through. Keep us posted baby

she feels exhausted ...... for a couple weeks? And everyone is spouting off it could be this could be that .... I dont think your sick, i think you just need to get back into the gym ...and yeah if you have a cycle planned you should lay off till you feel normal

I think if shes been feeling tired for two weeks she should go get checked out... What could it hurt. Exhausted, and no energy are classic Mono symptoms. Theres no harm in getting checked out

Good point wilson, depression will pwn you every time. I took Lexapro for multiple months and it felt like speed (I have high energy levels normally).

I've gone though 3-4 break ups this year I'll probably be on it again soon! lol

The last thing you want to do is introduce another variable into the equation that could have an interaction with your immune system or vital organs.

Please stop and figure out a way to get to the doctor or hospital.

Whether or not you have insurance, you only have ONE life and it's worth spending money in this case if you've never felt like this before.

actually I was depressed for about 3 years and this past year overcame all of that. I eat 3 carb/protein meals daily, I haven't been keeping up with my fitday so I'm not sure on the exact grams.

yeah bread is actually my favorite food. So I don't think thats the case. Maybe depression, maybe just the lack of exercise when before I was so used to being overly active. I guess I'll wait to see how things turn out because I really don't have any other option

today is the first day I took a dose of clen, so thats not it. I've been feeling like this for awhile.

I don't mean to throw another log on your fire but something as simple as dehydration can cause rapid fatigue.

Simple problem with a very simple solution.

Studies say 75% percentage of the population are chronically dehydrated.

Can't hurt to try drink more water. I aim for a 1/2 gallon a day minimum.

there are so many medical causes of fatigue and exhaustion.

if you're able to work out, then it's probably oK to go for it.

if it is something to worry about, you'll eventually not be able to function and then you'll need medical care anyway.

Yes stop taking your cycle if haven't already. Have you had medical help before with depression? If you had medical insurance you could seek professional counseling or medication. But since you don't have it I would recommend eating a balanced diet (hope you are already doing this), avoid alcohol or any rec drugs, do your exercise, get quality sleep, and seek social support with family and friends. You should feel better if you tell a person close to you what your going through, that could be your counseling and the closest thing to the medication would be your exercise and diet. Good luck.
