    quick basic body strengthn for newbie

    ok 1st off im not a weight lifter but i've been reading different forums and so on and listening to what my bro has to say about what his football coach is sayn about weights..anyway im a mixed martial artist(so i dont know shit about liftn just fightn) that took my first shot of winistrol it was awesome but im not looking to mass up this is what i was thinkn of...
    tri's and chest
    bi's and back
    shoulders and ab's & legs

    but the coachs are sayn to do bi's tri's and chest in the same day cuz most chest workouts involve the bi's... and i was thinkn of the basic 3 sets 1 of 10, 8, and 6, 4 for eatch muscle group can any1 throw out some quick advice and help, thanks

    I don't know anything really about steroids, but thats why I am on this forum. If you didn't want to get bigger, then why did you take them?

    If you are going to separate body parts like that, then I would do it somewhat like you had. IMO, you want to separate your muscle groups in a "push" day and "pull" day. So like..

    Day 1
    Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

    Day 2
    Back, Biceps

    Day 3
    Legs, Abs

    Day 4
    Rest

    Then repeat. This gives each body part 3 days of rest. Again, this is just my opinion.

    Monday: Chest/Tris
    Tuesday: Off
    Wednesday: Back/Bis
    Thursday: Shoulders/Traps
    Friday: Legs/Abs
    Saturday: Off
    Sunday: Off


    Incorporate a lot of compound exercises. and add in a few isolation exercises.

    i took winistrol to cut up and take my body to the next level, with out puting on mass weight, and awesome thanks adam
    what are your thought on the reps do 10, 8, 6 ,4 sound good or should they start heavy and finish light? im looking for pound for pound muscle

    When I was younger, I focused on just strength training with weights. If I gained muscle, it was just a bonus. Almost every exercise I did was heavy as possible with minimal reps. A set of 10 is just a warm up. The rest of the sets you load up the weight. Have a partner if possible. When you workout that heavy you will need him to help you finish some sets. Like for your chest, you could do flat bench with a warm up set(10), then 8,6,6,4. Then jump to incline dumbbell presses and do 8,6,4. Then finish up with weighted dips and dumbbell fly's. Those are for pump and form. So least do 10 reps for those exercises. Then move on to shoulders. If you still have energy for triceps, that will be surprising lol. I never did much tricep work anyway. They always grew in proportion to rest of my body. You sound young so this shouldn't be to hard to do in one day. I was able to

    is wini a good starter? Im new to all this and im considering starting a cycle. Im worried I wont be getting the real deal. I have a source but its my friends buddy so how could i for sure tell if its the real deal. he says its an 11 week cycle and Ill be injecting once a week. I swim for high school and Iv always been good but I want that edge, just need some tips.
