bi's and back
shoulders and ab's & legs
but the coachs are sayn to do bi's tri's and chest in the same day cuz most chest workouts involve the bi's... and i was thinkn of the basic 3 sets 1 of 10, 8, and 6, 4 for eatch muscle group can any1 throw out some quick advice and help, thanks
