Thread: quick basic body strengthn for newbie

    i took winistrol to cut up and take my body to the next level, with out puting on mass weight, and awesome thanks adam
    what are your thought on the reps do 10, 8, 6 ,4 sound good or should they start heavy and finish light? im looking for pound for pound muscle

    When I was younger, I focused on just strength training with weights. If I gained muscle, it was just a bonus. Almost every exercise I did was heavy as possible with minimal reps. A set of 10 is just a warm up. The rest of the sets you load up the weight. Have a partner if possible. When you workout that heavy you will need him to help you finish some sets. Like for your chest, you could do flat bench with a warm up set(10), then 8,6,6,4. Then jump to incline dumbbell presses and do 8,6,4. Then finish up with weighted dips and dumbbell fly's. Those are for pump and form. So least do 10 reps for those exercises. Then move on to shoulders. If you still have energy for triceps, that will be surprising lol. I never did much tricep work anyway. They always grew in proportion to rest of my body. You sound young so this shouldn't be to hard to do in one day. I was able to
