    Questions Concerning Cutting Cycle

    Stats: 28 yrs old, 5’-10” currently 193 lbs @ 11% bf
    Goal: 185 lbs @ 7-8% bf
Previous cycles: 4 cycles using these compounds, D-bol, Test E, Test C, Tren E (all bulking cycles)
    Proposed Cycle:
    Weeks 1-9: 150mg Test P EOD
Weeks 6-9: 50 mg oral Winny ED
Weeks 10-13: PCT (will start PCT 3 days after last injection and consume winny up to start of PCT)
    Week 10: 40mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid ED
Week 11-13: 20 mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid ED

How does the cycle look guys? I would run the winny a couple weeks longer but that is all my source had. My main concern is how many calories should I be running during this cycle (maintenance, slight surplus, or deficit)? My BMR is currently right around 3200 cals. I have currently been carb cycling averaging about 3300 cals a day (high = 3837 cals (2 days a week), low = 3181 (3 days a week), and super low = 2750 (2 days a week)). With lifting 4 days a week and cardio 5 days a week I have been losing around .5 to 1 lb a week, which I am happy with but I wondering if I should drop the cals during my cycle or just prime hardcore before and consume a slight surplus during cycle. I will not be competing but really want to get shredded without sacrificing to much muscle. I am looking for advice from some of you veterans who have experience cutting with these compounds. And for those of you that will say diet and cardio, I stayed natural last year and had success getting down to 9% bf but felt like I lost a descent amount of muscle in the process. Thanks

Bro, the cycle is ok...you're looking to spare as much muscle as possible when attaining the goal you want of getting "shredded"....NOW do not stop the clean eating...yes bring cardio up...but most make the mistake of cutting the food to low and they Burn muscle.

Thanks for the reply, yes I am looking to retain as much muscle as possible while shedding the fat. Another queston I have is while I am on cycle will my body process calories differently. I am just wondering if I can cut while running cals at maintenance level and upping the cardio? If so, seems as though I could gain a little muscle while shedding the fat as well.

Awefully hard to do. If you up the cardio, you will be burning calories that would be used to build muscle. And seeing that you would be at maintenance level of calories, you will be in a calorie deficit. Perfect for losing fat. Keep in mind, its hard even while on AAS, not to lose a little muscle. But, proper attention to diet, careful planning of cardio, and AAS will help reduce muscle loss.

Why dont you set a goal of staying the same weight with 7 to 8% BF. Your more than likely gonna grow some muscle with that cycle

Yeah I realize that this might be nearly impossible but I feel like I am finally in tune with my body as far as dietitary needs. So I might swing for the fence and hope for the best. My main concern will be losing fat and sparing muscle. I def. know not to drop my cals to low cause like you said you can still burn muscle even on aas.

That would be nice to stay the same weight and I would be more than happy staying at the weight I am but I feel like I will have to lose some weight to get down to 7-8% bf. I will give it my best though to try to retain my weight. Have you had an success with this in the past?
