Bro, the cycle is ok...you're looking to spare as much muscle as possible when attaining the goal you want of getting "shredded"....NOW do not stop the clean eating...yes bring cardio up...but most make the mistake of cutting the food to low and they Burn muscle.

Thanks for the reply, yes I am looking to retain as much muscle as possible while shedding the fat. Another queston I have is while I am on cycle will my body process calories differently. I am just wondering if I can cut while running cals at maintenance level and upping the cardio? If so, seems as though I could gain a little muscle while shedding the fat as well.

Awefully hard to do. If you up the cardio, you will be burning calories that would be used to build muscle. And seeing that you would be at maintenance level of calories, you will be in a calorie deficit. Perfect for losing fat. Keep in mind, its hard even while on AAS, not to lose a little muscle. But, proper attention to diet, careful planning of cardio, and AAS will help reduce muscle loss.

Yeah I realize that this might be nearly impossible but I feel like I am finally in tune with my body as far as dietitary needs. So I might swing for the fence and hope for the best. My main concern will be losing fat and sparing muscle. I def. know not to drop my cals to low cause like you said you can still burn muscle even on aas.
