Thats going to highly depend on your diet. What does your diet look like, in details please... macros and daily totals and etc.
And while your at it, in case I missed an earlier thread stating all this info,
Age?
Height?
Weight?
BF%
PCT Knowledge?
Training Exp.
And what are your goals?
I'm 21
1.70
166lbs
bf 13%
Pct: HCG 1000/e3d, 20 nolva, 100 clomid for 3 weeks (the hcg just 2)
4 years training, 3 serious
I started the cycle this week... I want to bulk up.
My diet is like this:
6 smalls meals
1. First meal
115 gr of carbs of low glycemic index
27 gr of protein
One take of a multivitaminic
2. Second meal
90 gr of carbs of low glycemic index
27 gr of protein
3. Third meal
90 gr of carbs of low glycemic index
27 gr of protein
4. Fourth Meal
90 gr of carbs of low glycemic index
27 gr of protein
5. Fifth meal (post-workout)
115 gr of carbs of high glycemic index
34 gr of protein
5 gr of creatine monohidrate
6. Six meal
27 gr of protein
protein for muscle buiding should be as follows 1-1.5g per pound so 3.5grams per kilo
At 166# I would say you are way too light to be cycling! But idf you already started... about 200grams of protein for your 160# frame should do the trick! Even up to 300grams a day if you want!

simple 1.5 grams per pound(lbs) so
166 lbs x 1.5 = 240 grams of protein per day
Well, I'm 166 lbs but I'm not tall, I'm 1.70 cm, so maybe my weight is not bad.
And all my meals are differents, chicken, fish, meat, white eggs, bananas, brown rice, potatoes, and vegetables that don't even know their names in english, etc, etc. I always try to eat diferent things, and that was my diet before the cycle, right now I'm gonna take more protein.
1.5 per pound. Got it
And, excusme, but why do you say "bold" to me? What I'm doing wrong?
Weight can increase a little more.... Im about the same height.. I was around 170-175 before cycling.....
By bold he means look at the bold letters in his quote. Followed by the red. Being his question.
What exactly are you eating? Type all that out. Full diet. Not just protein, carbs, fats, etc
Ho, got it.
Well, post my diet is kinda hard because as I said. Most of carbs are from food from my country, Ecuador. And I don't know most of their names in english.
But what advices would you give to me? What do you think I could be doing wrong with my diet?
Thanks
Yes by Bold it means look at what I highlighted in Bold, being your 3 meals of the exact same macro. I asked what these macros were for, we need to know exactly what you are eating.
Well I think I can give an example of my first meal. But ussually my meals are with more stuff.
300 gr of bananas (99 gr of carbs, 3,6 gr of protes)
250 ml of skimmed milk (10gr of carbs, 7 gr of protes)
5 white eggs (17,5 gr of protes)
an small apple (10 gr of carbs, 0,4 of protes)
total
119 gr of carbs
28,5 gr of protes
Is that ok?? What do you say?
I believe there's something wrong here... 300 grams of Banana's should come up to 68.5g of carbs, and I believe that is too much, as this is mostly sugar. Your calculation to get 99g of carbs would be 3 large bananas... You can have a small amount of sugar in the morning, but I wouldn't recommend that much. Milk also has a good amount of Sugar also. Instead I would stick to Oats as a source for Carbs, and it is important to get Fiber in your first few meals, to help digestion throughout the day. Almost everyone on this board sticks to about 8-10 egg whites, with 1/2-1 Cup of Oats for the first meal.
Yes, Just now i remember "avena" in english is "oat" .
Well I started the cycle, but I continue reading about training, diet, etc, etc (and of course steroids).
My first year in the gym was pretty bad, I don't even know the GI of the carbs, I used to train 2 hours, each muscle twice a week. I never had someone to teach me all this stuff ( in Ecuador bodybuilding is not a famous sport). So I been reading, and reading, and posting, and posting (in spanish forums). And I've learned a lot and I will continue learning.
So thanks a lot guys, I'll post any doubt I'll have.
