My diet always consists of the same meals, but always in a different order. My work schedule changes every other week. This week it is from midnight to 8am... so it throws me off. But here is my basic diet
7-9am (whenever I wake up) 1 scoop whey, 5 whole eggs, whole weat bagel, omega 3-6-9 spread
11am - whole chicken breast, 2 small sweet potatoes
1130-100 gym
100pm - 2 scoops whey, 5 g creatine, fruit
3pm - 2 whole chicken breast, 2 small sweet potatoes
5pm - dinner with family (Usually chicken with vegetables, and a white carb). I always skip the white rice, potatoes etc
7pm - 1lb beef cubes simmered with 1.5 carrots
930pm - 10-12 oz steak, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
10pm bedtime.
I have stayed on this perfectly for the past 3 weeks. Last night was the exception (my birthday)
Throughout the day I only drink water.
