						My last cycle caused me to gain an excessive amount of bodyfat. I did no cardio, and didn't have a strict diet. I ate tons of yellow rice, and whatever meat I could get my hands on. My main focus now to to keep the muscle that I made, while dropping my bodyfat. If fruits are really that bad then I will drop them- no problem.
My diet always consists of the same meals, but always in a different order. My work schedule changes every other week. This week it is from midnight to 8am... so it throws me off. But here is my basic diet
7-9am (whenever I wake up) 1 scoop whey, 5 whole eggs, whole weat bagel, omega 3-6-9 spread
11am - whole chicken breast, 2 small sweet potatoes
1130-100 gym
100pm - 2 scoops whey, 5 g creatine, fruit
3pm - 2 whole chicken breast, 2 small sweet potatoes
5pm - dinner with family (Usually chicken with vegetables, and a white carb). I always skip the white rice, potatoes etc
7pm - 1lb beef cubes simmered with 1.5 carrots
930pm - 10-12 oz steak, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
10pm bedtime.
I have stayed on this perfectly for the past 3 weeks. Last night was the exception (my birthday)
Throughout the day I only drink water.
Supplements are:
Creatine Mono
BCAAs
O.m.e.g.a. 3-6-9
Multi V
Taurine
Aspirin

also i'd like to suggest LARGE amounts of vitC is good for anti catabolism, sawl palmetto is good for your prostate when your taking tren or any aas that is in the DHT area .. also metamucil is a must.. great before bed and as a filler on cheat meals.
im huge fan of green tea extract and diet soda. (not together.. thatd be some nasty shit), also cardio is crucial imo not just for fat loss but for overall health and endurance.. i do 40min every morning.. even when bulking.. and 15min usually a high intensity PWO to really make that cardiac muscle work its ass off n' get stronger as well..

						Awesome diet suggestions. Thanks bro. I will get some vitamin c as well. I hate green tea, but I have green tea extract pills. Should I start taking those? I will do the cardio everyday too. I realized that 30 minutes eod is basically nothing. I will strive for 45-60 minutes ED on cardio. Thanks again boss. You guys are helpin more than ya could know
sure.. but i used to just buy the GTEx pwdr in bulk and make my own caps.. but fk me that is the nastest tasting pwdr ever.. its just in most OTC GTEx supps they dont have alot of green tea in them.. its a bad ass antioxidant which is AWESOME, and it is also for metabolic purposes.. and overall health but yeah i would start taking it right away
