We need to see macros for each meal. Also, at a glance protein looks too high and carbs too low; you're almost running a keto diet but without the dietary fat...

    ^Exactly.

You need to add some fats in there, that's why you're feeling like crap all the time

    Fish oil
    almond oil
    walnut oil
    avocado oil
    Extra virgin olive oil

    to name a few.

Also, where are the fibrous veggies in your diet? I go through pounds of veggies in one week alone.

You will definitely lose weight by cutting carbs and fat. However you don't want to cut out your healthy fats. The fats D7M listed is exactly what your body needs. All unhealthy fats should be cut out like you have done. In terms of carbs, get some complex carbs in the morning (oatmeal, whole grain toast) and you can mix it up with some complex carbs b4 you workouts every other day or so. Also, make sure to get simple carbs (something sweet) immediately after your workouts. This sugar will go straight to your muscle and help build and maintain muscle even when dieting.

depends on what type of diet you are going for.

If you're interested in a keto type diet, then there's a huge ass thread about it just down the page,

If you're not then Hollywood's plan of selectively adding in carbs (am, pre and pwo) could also work
