I have taen creatine many times in the past and have always gained great strength off of it. The reason I bring this up is because I am currently on a low car diet where i cycle carbs 3 very low days followed by 1 high day.
I have noticed my strength has gone down a bit and wanted to get back on 100% creatine monohydrate, but hate the water retention...
Is there antyhing I can take to keep the water retention away while on creatine?
