    Ugh, I mean drink water that is distilled.... It will draw electrolytes out of the body that also contribute to water retention. In a way dehydrating your body.

    1st time I have heard this...interesting! Sounds like drinking distilled water before a beach vacation or photo shoot could be beneficial.

    What are your thoughts on adding fresh lemons to your water? I have heard it offers sort of a detoxic for the body and could also aid in fat loss.

    Besides adding flavor if you find waters taste to be unbearable (which is pathetic or your water supply is messed up), nothing magical about it.

    gotcha...yeah I like water without lemon as far as taste.
