Ok the sceniro is that my mate in
110kgs and
5,10 inc tall
goal weight 95kg
With a big frame with have been weight training not heavy light weights short intervals we only do cardio 3 days a week. The thing is he is paying for my membership aswell and i told him i could get him to 95 in 3 months we we are not a month in and hes only lost 4kgs he was 114 now 110 looks fitter healthier however hes human and getting annoyed with all this hard work he thinks he should be atleast 100 by now lol.
THe supplements hes taking is cell tech by muscle tech meals a salad and a change of meat each day from fish to steak to chicken. no carbs. Are there any supplements that u can recommend or workouts that shed the weight fast or should i just increase the cardio to daily. any advice would be much appreciated.
