    weight loss in 2months

    Hey guys just thought i would post this up for any sort of advice or ppl that have been through a similar plan and got results.

    legs calves abs monday
    chest back abs tuesday cardio treadmill 20mins high intensity
    legs calves abs wednesday
    chest arms abs thursday cardio treadmill 20mins high intensity
    legs calves abs friday
    chest shoulder abs saturday cardio treadmill 20mins high intensity

    Ok the sceniro is that my mate in
    110kgs and
    5,10 inc tall
    goal weight 95kg

    With a big frame with have been weight training not heavy light weights short intervals we only do cardio 3 days a week. The thing is he is paying for my membership aswell and i told him i could get him to 95 in 3 months we we are not a month in and hes only lost 4kgs he was 114 now 110 looks fitter healthier however hes human and getting annoyed with all this hard work he thinks he should be atleast 100 by now lol.

    THe supplements hes taking is cell tech by muscle tech meals a salad and a change of meat each day from fish to steak to chicken. no carbs. Are there any supplements that u can recommend or workouts that shed the weight fast or should i just increase the cardio to daily. any advice would be much appreciated.

    i would suggest going to the diet section and reading up to help your buddy. also read up in this workout section. there are sticky posts at the top. as for the "no carbs" thing that isn't very effective in losing body fat and gaining muscle mass in the long run. so i would cut that out.

    the workout that you posted looks like its only going to lead to overtraining. this will result in loss of gains in muscle and ultimately make your buddy feel like crap all day, everyday.

    a body part shouldn't be worked hard more than once a week. you can keep the cardio up though if his concern is simply to lose weight.

    remember that if a person is able to build up their LBM they will in turn raise their BMR (this helps with the loss of fat mass). the raising in LBM will cease if there is overtraining present.

    I lost almpost 45# of pure BF in the past 10 weeks. Yeh I used some Clen, tren etc and a super super clean diet ( not 1 cheat day in 10 weeks) Cardio 7 days a week and 6-7 small meals a day! It is a lot of hard work but if you really want to do it you can!
    I went from 252# to 206#
    Waist went from 38" to 30.5" today

    Good Job..I congratulate you....

    By the way,, how much muscle/strength did you lose?

    It's almost impossible for one not to lose some hard earned muscle when cutting without gear.
