I lost almpost 45# of pure BF in the past 10 weeks. Yeh I used some Clen, tren etc and a super super clean diet ( not 1 cheat day in 10 weeks) Cardio 7 days a week and 6-7 small meals a day! It is a lot of hard work but if you really want to do it you can!
