    What is the fastest way to lose weight (fat and muscle)

    What is the fastest way to lose weight (fat and muscle) without slowing down you thyroid. Starving yourself would slow down your thyroid so thats not what i'm looking for.

    overtrain and undereat. See my Holidays thread. Something like that. Just cannibalize your body basically.

    I am actually lol. I bulked up over last winter and now I'm on a cutting cycle. The muscle keeps packing on though no matter what I do. I'm too short to be big because I look stocky (5'7) all I want is to look aesthetic. So now i'm wanting to not only lose some fat but a bit of muscle as well. iv'e tried keto and intermittent fasting but none of it works.. i seriously can't get rid of my muscle.

    Basically i'm doing 2 x 45min liss sessions now per day. I'm not training weights at all and i'm doing a warrior diet. hopefully it will work

    Thanks will do. I want to look like I do in my Avi with maybe 10% more muscle and more definition (which I have now because that was a year ago).

    At the moment I am like double the size with a bit more bf%

    well after seeing the pics. where you are is great.

    why not try just to cut and main muscle? personally thats what i would do. just my 2 cents

    bro you have a great base. IMO I see no reason why you need to cut so fast. But if you really want to, I would reccomend running a Keto diet with no refeed days.

    haha, I WISH i had to worry about losing some muscle!!!! Good prob to have I guess. I know models/actors run into this problem but otherwise keep what you got man, Im jealous

    I have to say if you just get back to your previous bodyfat percentage I don't think you would feel a need to lose muscle.

    test enth @ 500mg per week and Winny tabs @ 40mg per day

    I was planning on doing a cutting cycle. I was originally just going to do var but didn't want a shut down so I decided to rather do test.

    I was hoping to maintain my muscle mass, harden up and cut bf%. But instead (because i'm an extreme endo) I maintained my bf% and picked up a lot of muscle.

    I'm going on holiday with 10 guys and 10 girls to a beach house in 5 weeks. Theres no way i'm going on pct now and having my test crash before then lol.

    I'm just going carry on cutting as best as possible. I'll take all your advice and maintain this muscle mass while carrying on with my cutting.
