Being that I just started my HRT I am of course wanting to make the most of it and try and get into the best shape that I can. I was looking at the workout that was recommended on the main site of steroid.com and it says it is an anabolic workout for those that are using anabolics. Is this a workout that I could do or is it for someone using much higher doses than an HRT dose?
When I was in my late teens/early 20's it seems like I did workouts more difficulut than this one. Also, working out each body part only 1/week as opposed to 2/week seems a bit week.
If this is not a good workout for me then could someone point me in the right direction? A book I have which is workouts for the time you have by men's health is what I have been using.
