Hey guys, I know im only 18 so i know a lot of people are gonna tell me im an idiot. But anyways, im 5'11 160 very lean I gained 30 pounds this year naturally but I've just plateaued now. And maybe its cuz im really eager and I just wanna get jacked, but I was thinking about doing a cycle... I just wanted to know what the best cycle would be, hopefully without a lot of side affects or anything. I just wanna thicken out, I would like to put on another 20lbs give or take a couple pounds and then maybe like a shredding cycle or something because I wanna stay really cut and be thick.
