Alright thats some good info, And yeah I do admit my diet/nutrition is not as good as I want it to be. I train really hard, I recently just started changing my workouts too so my body doesn't get used to it. But so if I wanna get bigger should I go on like a bulking phase where I just try and take in as many calories as I can? because lately what I started was just eating a lot of protein and staying away from a lot of carbs because I wanna stay cut, only eat complex carbs like oatmeal,brown rice and whoole wheat shit.
And also, now that i know not to do a roid cycle, I might try a creatine cycle.
