    Small biceps!

For bicepts I've been using dumbells exclusively.
May arms are pretty sorry and could use a little advice.
Should I use the curl bar instead or maybe incorporate both?
Idk! Any advice would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

Straight bar, standing barbell curls with perfect form really pump up my biceps

Just stick to the basics and as said above keep an eye on your form, you should see results.

Yep...doesn't do a piss worth of good to load up a curl bar then use 90% of your back to throw it up. Lighter weight with serious concentration on form is best for biceps. I also recomend negitive work. Start at the top with heavy weight and drop it downward slowly feeling that muscle burn.

you may want to try treating your biceps like a dense muscle similar to calves, forearms and traps.

for some people intense workout regimes are the cats meow for promoting muscle growth. try hitting your biceps with low reps heavy weight then finish off with high reps low weight BUT..the key is to finish with a burn that almost makes you puke. i gar-en-tee you'll grow those biceps (provided your diet is in check).

Also throw in some single arm cable curls and use your free hand to assist you in pushing 2 or 3 forced reps.IN the negative motion dont go all the way down to starting position but come right back up before you hit bottom and youll keep en excellent amount of tension on your biceps and a great pump.I use to be all out for free weights, barbells, dumbells and such but its been a month since Ive really been concentrating on using the cable curls and have gained a little over half an inch in a month....I wont grow like this forever but trust me youll grow.Try it and see.

Mine looks like this, some may critique it but this is how iv been doing mine and iv been putting size on (though my diet it pretty good) you'll only start making good gains when you start putting in the hrs in the kitchen man!

    5x Standing BB Curl
    4x Seated DB Curls
    4x EZ Bar

I usually start my bicep work outs by doing 3-4 sets of pull ups as there compound movements. Then isolation sets like barbell seated prechear curls. Also I do hammer curls too. I find my biceps are one of the best parts to my body. And I get a serious pump from it. Like said above try negatives and some static sets too.

Gotta mix it up. From db curls to bb curls. To preacher and use cable tower to do pull ins and flex those bis.
Always do heavy but controlled hammers
