What's everyone's idea on giving arms their own day or linking bis/tris with a larger muscle group.
If so what do use link them with?

most people would link chest/tri's and back/bi's. you can give them there own day if you want, ive done that in the past and its worked out ok i guess...
Yeah I usually do that now.
I see a few people linking delts/tris
Chest/bis
Can u shine any light on this? Or maybe just personal preference?
when you work your chest, your tris are working at the same time.
when you work your back, your bis are working at the same time, eg: chin ups (good for working back and bis)
the guys that i see working chest/bis at my gym, usually that is the only body parts they work out, ED, lol, most of them are teenagers that just want bigger chest and bigger biceps lol. (dont do that).
I find that after putting all my effort into back or chest, that I just can't then put 100% into biceps or triceps.
What I now do, is after finishing back/Chest I do 1 exercise for bicep/tricep. I make it a heavy low rep exercise. Then the following week I do an arms day. So I only train 'arms' every other week. But the week they aren't getting trained I just do either heavy close grip or heavy pushdowns, for 3 sets 6-8 reps.

The way I'm thinking if ur natty u need to give arms it's own day.
After smashing 15+ sets of chest and back, I'm usually exhausted!
Yea bro, i give my arms its own day too!!
Imo pal if u hit chest ur hittin ur trys. bak with bys .so for me i split them so i can get best results and consentrate on intended muscle insted of 50/50 imo
for me, if i work bi/tri same day, too much of a pump and don't get as good of a workout as opposed to if i break them up
I have found that if I link chest/tris back/bis I don't give them 100%.
Gonna try giving them their own day. Thanks for all the help guys!
Do them linked for afew weeks then on their own day for afew and keep changing it up
Right now I'm currently doing bi/tri on their own day. It works for me..I am getting close to changing it up though.
